Jack Mehigan

Based in London and covering all of Europe and the Americas, Jack advises leading businesses across the industry sectors of marketing, media, tech-enabled services and software. He has deep experience in originating, negotiating and executing transactions as well as providing high-value strategic advice to clients.

Jack has recently advised shareholders on Copper’s sale to RSK, on Feed’s sale to Dept backed by Carlyle, on Molzi’s sale to Brainlabs backed by Livingbridge, and on PeakData’s Series A raise led by AlbionVC. He is SI Partners’ key contact with the Private Equity sector, driven partly by the six years spent in PwC’s Private Equity team to start his career.

Jack studied business & economics at the University of Manchester conducted in part at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is a chartered accountant with the ICAEW and has completed the CISI’s Capital Markets Programme.
