SI Partners advises BMB on joint venture with Indian advertising giant Madison

Beattie McGuinness Bungay (BMB) have announced a 50:50 joint venture with one of India’s largest communication groups, Madison World.  The deal signed in August will see offices open in Mumbai within weeks with a further office to follow in Delhi.

The business will absorb Madison World’s existing creative business MC2 and will be branded BMB, a unit of Madison World.

The board of the new business will include Indian media mogul Sam Balsara, his daughter Lara Balsara and BMB Partners Trevor Beattie and Andrew McGuinness.

Operationally the business will be led by Prabha Prabhu as CEO and a Chief Creative Officer from UK will be appointed imminently.
