SI Partners advises Shanghai-based id creations on sale to Publicis’ Prodigious

Publicis’ content production agency, Prodigious, has added to their growing portfolio with the acquisition of Shanghai-based id creations. SI Partners advised the shareholders of id creations on the transaction.

Founded in 2000, id creations is a highly experienced video production agency based in China. With founders from strong backgrounds in broadcast and journalism, the acquisition of id creations will see Prodigious add to their capabilities in China.

id creations specialise in maximising brand exposure, working with companies to strengthen audience engagement. Clients include Porsche, Tommy Hilfiger and Mercedes.

SI Partners advised the shareholders of id creations on buyer identification and deal negotiation.
