Advised by SI Partners, Hong-Kong based marketing and PR firm, Creative Consulting Group (CCG), has been acquired by full-service communications agency Redhill.
CCG was founded in 2001 by Belinda Chan and has clients across multiple sectors, including banking and finance, real estate, professional services, lifestyle, and technology. Their clients include Henderson Land Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Bank of Singapore, UBS, JP Morgan, Cyberport, Bang & Olufsen, MMD and Aruba.
Chan, who is the founder and managing partner of CCG, said the deal allows both firms to unite and target the Greater China market: “With roots in the dynamic Greater China region, we aim to join forces with Redhill to bring both our successes to the next level.”
“SI Partners has been supporting CCG since 2019. The team’s professional approach, flexibility and efficiency has helped us sail through hurdles and also provide us with fair judgements throughout the journey.”

This looks to be the first of many acquisitions for Redhill, who are looking to expand its business. “CCG brings with it not only regional experience and presence but also a high-quality team in Hong Kong and Greater China region,” said Jacob Puthenparambil, CEO at Redhill. “This is an important milestone for Redhill as we further our mission to be a global agency with Asian roots.” Founded in 2014, Redhill has since grown to over 110 employees.
The acquisition follows collaboration between the two firms, including a joint effort to bid for the $5.7m Relaunch Hong Kong tender in 2020.
